Utilising extensive relationships in the Asia Pacific region, we ensure that Varley is successfully positioned in the market.

Varley is a performance wear and contemporary brand renowned for its elevated yet understated pieces, with the confident modern-day, multi-tasking woman in mind. It was founded in 2015 by couple Lara and Ben Mead, with the former the brand’s Chief Creative Officer.

OUR SCOPE OF WORK

RETAIL STRATEGY

We developed a global and regional retail strategy to support revenue targets and create an omni-channel experience that links both the brand’s online and offline presence.

We assist in preparing the business plan including the pro forma P&L model, CAPEX requirements, and operating plan.

GLOBAL financial planning & budgeting

We built out a financial strategy which includes medium to long term planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. We provide reports on key performance indicators to keep the business on track and continuously improve the strategy plan.

CHINA OPPORTUNITY

We assist in trademark completion, financial evaluation, and entity establishment in Hong Kong/China. We also regularly provide trend reports that highlight APAC consumer insights and key opportunities that could support the growth agenda.
