Your bridge to the world’s fastest growing market

Today it is no longer a question of if brands should launch in Asia -
but when, how, and with whom.

WE GROW BRANDS

At ArcOn Brands, our mission is simple. We work with brands that have a great story to tell, and successfully launch them in the East.

As brand management specialists operating in a diverse region, we believe in combining the best of corporate know-how and entrepreneurship. This mindset stems from our founders, William Lyon and Jack Harrison - whose Asia-based backgrounds span senior corporate and developmental roles in the conglomerate Jardine Matheson. Both Willliam and Jack speak business-level Mandarin Chinese.

WHAT WE DO+

Why arcon

Headquartered in Hong Kong and with a key focus on Greater China, ArcOn Brands is an established brand management and consultancy company that works with a select portfolio of clients.

in-depth planning

With a combined 30 years of localised know-how, corporate and entrepreneur experience behind us, we prepare our clients with in-depth market analysis, as well as highly detailed business development and market entry plans to ensure nothing but success. This is paired with a budget forecast over a four-year horizon. At ArcOn Brands, we take a personalised approach and conduct workshops with stakeholders and clients.

STRONG track record

Success in a new market is highly dependent on both planning and execution. With ArcOn Brands as your partner, we make market launch easy - by providing a full suite of support services that cover Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Tech. To date, we have been appointed as brand partner for some of Britain’s most compelling luxury and lifestyle brands, such as Fortnum & Mason, Bremont watches, and Charbonnel et Walker.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

“In the years I worked with William and Jack as Chairman of their Board, I have seen them successfully steer clients through challenging environments - such as the Hong Kong protests and Covid-19. Their agility, work ethic and fundamental understanding of the market has given them a unique position of bridging East and West. In Asia, it is still very much about who you know, and they have built trusted relationships with key players in the region..
